Chicago @ Las Vegas
Current Records: Chicago 2-2; Las Vegas 3-1
What to Know
The Chicago Bears will head out on the road to face off against the Las Vegas Raiders at 4:05 p.m. ET Sunday at Allegiant Stadium. Chicago will be strutting in after a win while Las Vegas will be stumbling in from a loss.
The Bears were able to grind out a solid victory over the Detroit Lions last week, winning 24-14. Chicago can attribute much of their success to RB David Montgomery, who rushed for two TDs and 106 yards on 23 carries.
Meanwhile, Las Vegas came up short against the Los Angeles Chargers last Monday, falling 28-14. No one had a standout game offensively for Las Vegas, but they got scores from TE Darren Waller and WR Hunter Renfrow. QB Derek Carr ended up with a passer rating of 123.70.
The Bears are expected to lose this next one by 5.5. Those betting on them against the spread shouldn’t have high expectations for them since the squad is 0-2 ATS when expected to lose.
Chicago’s victory brought them up to 2-2 while the Raiders’ defeat pulled them down to 3-1. Two offensive stats to keep an eye on: Chicago is stumbling into the game with the fewest passing touchdowns in the league, having accrued only one on the season. Las Vegas’ offense has more to brag about, as they they enter the contest with 349.8 passing yards per game on average, which is the best in the NFL. So the cards are definitely stacked in their favor.
